The mechanisms for guaranteeing efficiency and justice, as well as free access to the courts, are not sufficiently developed in Ukraine according to Ukraines Minister of Justice.
On 9 December 2005 the conference “Problems of the court reform. Access to justice” was held in one of the rooms of the Committees of the Supreme Council of Ukraine. State officials, scientists, lawyers and judges from all regions of Ukraine, took part in this conference.
